County Product Enrichment Program
In partnership with each of the four counties of Hawaii, the HTA funds a County Product Enrichment Program (CPEP). These are programs that are initiated by the community and supported by HTA which showcase the unique and diverse experiences available for resident and visitor participation and attendance across the Hawaiian Islands.
The county partners are responsible for the day-to-day management of the program, including the review and evaluation of proposals, contracting with individual entities, and in-county monitoring of the projects. The program results include more efficient and effective use of HTA and County funds and resources, more local control, direction and management, and better oversight and support of awardees.
The HTA issued a request for proposals for its 2017 Community Enrichment Program.
